Spring Egg Scavenger Hunt

Please join us this Sunday for the first ever "Spring Egg Scavenger Hunt" at Millbrook Marsh Nature Center! Our visitors tell us they really enjoy scavenger hunts, so we hope to bring you more. Come and enjoy spring this Sunday with this fun activity! Hope to see you there!

SPRING EGG SCAVENGER HUNT

Sunday, April 10, 2-4 PM at Millbrook Marsh Nature Center. Get in the mood for Easter with this kid-based, eco-friendly scavenger hunt! Families will work together in the marsh to find (but not disturb) real birds nests, learn about birds that live at Millbrook Marsh, examine replica bird eggs and guess what they are, explore the marsh for signs of spring, and have a fun time together doing it! This event is free but donations are appreciated. Advance registration is not required.

Puppet Shows at the Marsh

Puppeteer Adam Swartz will put on an interactive, family friendly puppet show at Millbrook Marsh Nature Center that is entertaining and educational! Join us in the new Spring Creek Education Building to watch, learn, and enjoy a puppet show. Shows will be 1 hour in length and are for all ages to enjoy! $5 per person at the door will support the nature center and this talented local puppeteer, children under 4 are free. Storytime Fun at the Marsh

Storytime at the marsh is designed to introduce children ages 3-5 to nature in an entertaining and inviting setting. The program will include an introduction to a theme, nature stories, activities and outdoor fun (weather permitting). Programs are held at the Millbrook Marsh Nature Center Spring Creek Education Building. Pre-registration is required, $5 per child. Storytime programs are co-sponsored by Schlow Centre Region Library.
